We collect what we need to bring you bins, and nothing else.

What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, the two addresses involved in your move, your delivery date, and anything you write in the notes field.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, and we only ever see a confirmation that payment succeeded.
Why we collect it
- Your name, phone and email — to confirm the booking and text your delivery window.
- The addresses — to deliver to one and collect from the other.
- The date and package — to schedule the truck and hold inventory.
- Notes — because "the gate code is 4412" is genuinely useful.
Who we share it with
Three companies, each doing one job:
- Stripe processes the payment.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and stores booking records.
- An email provider sends the booking notification to us.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages, which are governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for two years, which covers tax records and lets us find your details if you rent from us again. Say the word and we will delete yours sooner, unless we are required to keep a record for tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will handle it — there is no form and no process, it is two people and a spreadsheet.
Text messages
We text you about your booking: confirmation, delivery window, and collection reminder. That is the whole list. We do not send marketing texts, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Booking data is stored with Cloudflare and access is limited to the two of us. No system is perfect, and if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
