How many bins do I need?
Twenty covers a studio or a one bedroom. Forty covers most two and three bedroom homes. If you're between, start at twenty and add bins at $4.50 each — we carry spares on the truck, so you can decide at the door.
Is delivery really included?
Yes, to every town on our service area page, with no fee based on your address. If you're outside that list we'll tell you before you pay, not at checkout.
How clean are they?
Every bin is emptied, washed and dried between rentals. If one turns up you're not happy with, text us and we'll swap it.
What if my move runs long?
Keep them and tell us. The first extra day is free. Beyond that it's $35 a week for twenty bins and $55 for forty.
Do I need to be home?
For delivery, someone should be there to say where the bins go. For pickup, no — leave them by the door, stacked if you can.
Can I seal them?
Yes. The lids have hasps and we include zip ties. Please don't use tape on the bins.
What can't go in a bin?
Liquids, anything hazardous or flammable, and anything wet. Fifty pounds is the limit per bin.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Monday through Saturday. Sunday is the one day we're with our family.
What if a bin breaks or goes missing?
A lost or destroyed bin is $35 and a broken lid is $15. That's the entire schedule and it's on the terms page.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours there's a $50 fee, and if the bins are already at your door it's $99.
Do you do office moves?
Small ones, yes. Call rather than booking online so we can size it properly.
How do I pay?
Card at booking. No deposit beyond the rental price.
